Mr Moyes hourly rate for medico-legal consultations is £300.00 per hour and the cost of preparing the medico-legal report is £150.00 and we anticipate the report should be no more than £450.00 plus VAT.

The cost of preparing a report with notes only will be in the region of £300.00 to £450.00 depending on the volume of the records.  Any addendum reports will cost in the region of £150.00.

Waiting time for appointments is at present 4 to 6 weeks and the report should be released from this office within 14 days of the appointment.  The cancellation fee for appointments not attended or cancellations of less than 24 hours is £150.00.

Charges for court attendance are £600.00 per half day.  Our cancellation charges are in line with BMA recommendations, which are reimbursement of 100% of fees within one week of the cancellation date or 50% within four weeks
